Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, prepared, and delivered after purchase. It covers general dispatch timing, estimated transit expectations, customer address responsibilities, and common issues that may affect delivery performance.

Shipping timelines are estimates rather than guarantees unless a specific service level is expressly stated at checkout or in writing.

Order Processing Transit Estimates Carrier Delays Address Accuracy

By placing an order, you agree that delivery timing may vary based on product availability, warehouse handling, carrier capacity, destination, weather, holidays, and other factors outside direct operational control.

1. Order Processing

Orders generally enter processing after payment authorization and successful submission through the checkout system. Processing may include payment verification, inventory confirmation, batching, packing, and transfer to a shipping carrier.

Orders are not considered shipped merely because they have been placed. A shipment is usually considered dispatched only once tracking or carrier handoff has been initiated.

2. Processing Time vs. Delivery Time

Processing time refers to the period needed to review, prepare, and hand the package to the carrier. Delivery time refers to the period after dispatch while the carrier moves the shipment to the destination.

These are separate stages. Faster shipping methods may reduce transit time but do not always shorten order processing time unless specifically stated.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery

Available shipping methods may vary depending on destination, order contents, warehouse limitations, and carrier service coverage. Any quoted delivery estimate is generally an approximation based on normal carrier conditions and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed arrival date unless legally required.

  • Standard shipping typically follows ordinary carrier schedules
  • Expedited options may shorten in-transit time where available
  • Remote regions or special handling zones may require longer delivery windows
  • Peak-volume periods may extend both processing and carrier timelines

4. Shipping Destinations

We may limit shipping to certain countries, states, regions, military addresses, post office boxes, or territories based on carrier restrictions, customs rules, product regulations, or internal fulfillment policy. Availability may change without prior notice.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete address details may result in failed delivery, return-to-sender status, rerouting fees, or lost packages.

We are generally not responsible for delays or losses caused by typographical errors, missing apartment numbers, outdated addresses, or refusal of delivery at the destination.

6. Tracking Information

When available, tracking details may be sent by email or made accessible through order records after the package is prepared for carrier pickup. Tracking updates are generated by carrier systems and may not update immediately.

A tracking number may show pre-shipment or label-created status before the carrier performs its first scan.

7. Delays Outside Our Control

Delivery disruptions can occur for reasons outside normal fulfillment operations. These may include severe weather, natural disasters, labor interruptions, customs inspection, transportation bottlenecks, public holidays, security screening, or regional service suspension.

In these circumstances, delivery estimates may extend beyond typical windows without creating automatic eligibility for cancellation, return, or refund.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Marked-Delivered Packages

If tracking indicates a delivered shipment but the package cannot be located, customers should first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, package lockers, reception desks, or local carrier notes.

We may assist with a carrier trace or claim review where appropriate, but outcomes may depend on carrier records, proof of delivery, and the facts of the shipment.

9. Split Shipments and Partial Fulfillment

Some orders may ship in multiple packages when items are stored in different locations, become available at different times, or require separate handling. In such cases, delivery dates for individual items may vary.

10. Refused, Undeliverable, or Returned Shipments

Packages refused by the recipient or returned by the carrier as undeliverable may be subject to review, restocking treatment, reshipment charges, or deductions related to carrier handling and returned freight. Final treatment may depend on the condition of the order once received back.

11. Customs, Duties, and Import Rules

For international shipments, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs documentation, and product admissibility requirements may be imposed by the destination jurisdiction. These charges and regulatory obligations are generally the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, confiscation, refusal of entry, or destruction by customs authorities.

12. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees, minimum order thresholds, promotional delivery offers, and surcharge rules may vary by order value, location, service level, and campaign terms. Any such offer may be modified or withdrawn at any time unless already applied to a completed purchase.

13. Contacting Support About Shipping Issues

When reaching out about a shipping issue, customers should include their order number, shipping name, destination address, and a clear description of the problem. Screenshots of tracking or photographs of the delivered package may help accelerate review where damage or fulfillment error is involved.

14. Policy Updates

We may revise this Shipping Policy to reflect operational changes, carrier updates, warehouse procedures, or applicable legal requirements. The revised version posted on this page will apply going forward.
